Additional services include issuance of photo ID cards, cooking classes, paternity establishment, access to tax assistance during tax season through Ladder Up, and Care Coordinators assisting with connecting with additional social services. Additional fresh fruits and vegetables from Farmers' Markets are available during growing season.All WIC Grocery locations accept the Illinois WIC EBT card. Community Wellness Program - Saint Anthony Hospital - Community Wellness Program - Little Village

Saint Anthony operates a community wellness program out of several locations. This includes therapeutic family support groups (available on a weekly basis), mental health services (individual, couples, and family), case management, assistance with accessing healthcare (applying for medical cards, food stamps, etc.), and free pregnancy testing.Please note that free pregnancy testing is only available at the North Lawndale and Little Village locations.

Provides outpatient mental health services to youth and their families. Treatment Services include: Trauma-informed therapy for individuals, families, and groups, Crisis intervention, Substance abuse counseling, Case management, Psychiatric/medication services. Service Programs include: Screening Assessment and Support Services (SASS): A 90-day crisis intervention program, psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management; and case management. Treatment lasts about 3 to 6 months; Mental Health Juvenile Justice Program (MHJJ): Serves youth ages 8 to 18 years old; AND have had contact with the juvenile justice system within the last 90 days; OR are at risk of juvenile justice involvement; An MHJJ liaison that works with children and their families for six months and connects them to treatment resources; Intensive Placement Stabilization (IPS): serves youth who are in DCFS Youth in Care; AND are at risk of losing their current foster home placements; OR have just transitioned between placements; The Family Support Program (FSP): Serves children under 18 who need more intensive community-based therapeutic services or residential treatment services.
