(IEi) offers the Growing Citizen Leaders Youth leadership program where participants engage in collaborative youth-led projects, professional development workshops, and civic engagement training. Teens are provided with opportunities to enhance communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills while building relationships with their peers and trusted adult role models. The youth are invited to participate in two available tracks that prepare them to become local, national, and global leaders.
