Academic Coaching for Young Moms - New Moms - Chicago

New Moms' Academic Coaching program was created to address this disparity. Through monthly stipends, childcare support, and individual and group coaching, New Moms provides a resource for young moms looking to graduate from postsecondary education and find work in family-sustaining, living-wage jobs. Young moms will remain enrolled in the program for up to 3 years, or until they complete their degree, with additional follow-up support offered post-graduation.

SEP is designed to help consumers identify and retain gainful employment at various capacities.The Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Program is an evidenced-based employment program for consumers between the ages of 18 and 24 who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness. IPS is recovery-oriented and assists consumers in obtaining and retaining employment within local businesses.
