Prevention programs including employee wellness (WellPower), which offers on-site health-risk assessments, health screenings such as blood pressure and cholesterol, and a wide variety of topics such as heart disease prevention, diabetes awareness, exercise and nutrition, sleep disorders, depression, stress management, and many more. Fitness and nutrition challenges are part of the program and encourage active changes in health behavior to improve and promote healthy lifestyles and reduce risk factors in employee populations.
