Eligibility

Individuals or families experiencing homelessness; Must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by an adult; Must pass safety assessment; Priority given to DuPage County residents.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:00 pm

English; Interpreter services available for other languages.

Application process

(1) Call Intake during listed hours, (2) Staff will assess needs, verify eligibility, check required documentation and identify next steps, (3) Those who are missing identification are still welcome to call Intake.
