Eligibility

Resident of DuPage or Kane County; Caregiver must be working and/or going to school; Have children under the age of 13 that require care while the caregiver is working or going to school; Household meets income guidelines.

Required documents

Photo Id proof of address Social Security Cards for all members if available otherwise other documentation may be accepted income statements verification of employment and/or school status. Additional information may be required.
