Open to all For Birth Records, must be one of the following: - The person named in the record (if 18 years of age or older) - The parent of the person named in the record - A legal guardian who provides proof of court appointment - An agent with expressed, notarized authorization *Exceptions to these restrictions apply to those interested in Genealogical Research For Marriage Records, must be one of the following: - Individuals who are named in the record - The child of person named in the record - A family member, or - Another individual acting as an agent or legal representative of the person named in the record *Exceptions to these restrictions apply to those interested in Genealogical Research For Death Record, must submit a written document naming you as one of the following: - A licensed attorney acting on behalf of a decedent or his/her estate; - An agent authorized by power of attorney; - A court-appointed personal representative, executor/administrator, or - An agent with expressed, notarized authorization
