Description

Medicaid and All Kids provide free or low-cost health coverage to people with low incomes, families and children, pregnant women, the elderly, and people with disabilities. DHS administers the applications for Medicaid through ABE (Application for Benefits Eligibility), which is the part of the DHS website where Illinois residents can apply for Medicaid, SNAP, and cash benefits.
