- Must be families with children birth to 17 years old, or young adults ages 18-25 - Must be a Warren Township resident for counseling services - Workshops, groups, and other services are available to all Lake County residents

- No fee for the first session; $15 per session thereafter - Sliding scale fee available for low-income or hardship
