Description

Provides comprehensive psychiatric, mental health, and substance use screens, assessment, treatment, and referrals in a safe and confidential environment. Services include:

-- Evaluation and diagnosis.

-- Psychiatric inpatient support, medication management, and follow-up care.

-- Discharge planning.

-- Chronic disease and chronic pain management.

-- Non-intensive Substance Use, ASAM assessment, referral and treatment.

-- Depression and related mood disorders treatment.

-- Cognitive function screening and referral.

-- Life stress management related to employment, relationships and finances.
