Eligibility
- High school seniors or first year college students are eligible to apply
- Must have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 grade scale, 3.5 on a 5.0 grade scale or at least a cumulative numerical grade of 80 out of 100 in all courses
Required documents
- Applicant must submit a certified copy of last report card/transcript
- Applicant is requested to provide letter from family member describing the applicants involvement in family activities
- Applicant must provide essay describing in 500 words the most rewarding community service activity participated in and why
