Description

Provides free developmental screening for children under the age of five who reside in Waukegan. Offers a free pre-school program for children under the age of three who qualify based on screening. Qualified children between the ages of 3-5 will be referred for an Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Children with an IEP will qualify for special education services based on individual needs.
