Families that meet all of the following qualifications:
- One or more parent or legal guardian age 18 or older
- One or more child age 18 or younger
- Vermillion County residents
- Family household size of six people or less
- Head of household is biologically or legally related to the child(ren)
- Head of the household must actively work toward finding a more stable housing option
