Open to uninsured or underinsured adults; Children through the age of 18 if they meet one or more of the following criteria: are Medicaid eligible, uninsured, are an American Indian or Alaska Native (AI/AN)

Description

Provides routine immunization to uninsured adults. Routine immunizations are also provided to any child who might not otherwise be vaccinated because of an inability to pay.

Immunization offered include:

-- Diphtheria/Tetanus/Pertussis (DTaP)

-- Hepatitis B

-- Haemophilus influenza type B (Hib)

-- Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR)

-- Meningococcal conjugate vaccine (type of vaccine used to protect adolescents from certain types of meningitis)

-- Pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (type of vaccine used to protect infants and toddlers from life-threatening meningitis and blood infections from certain bacteria)

-- Polio

-- Tetanus/Diphtheria (Td)

-- Varicella (chickenpox)

-- Flue vaccine (offered seasonally)

Preservative-free vaccine available by request for eligible children 6-35 months of age.
