Veteran Males between ages 35-64;Must be able to live independently without assistance; Must have a case manager to assist with getting them the help needed to maintain and thrive

Application process

To apply for membership at Lerline's Sanctuary, interested veterans can fill out an application form on the website. Once submitted, their names will be added to the waiting list, and they will be notified when a bed becomes available. Once confirmed background will be completed. A walk-through with the house manager.
