Must be a resident of DuPage or Kane County; Must meet income guidelines; Children must be enrolled in the Children's Project Program; Recipients must be between the ages of 6-12

(1) Complete a Children Project Application either on website or by submitting application by email (2) Submit application along with required documents (proof of income for the past 30 days, proof of residency) by email to [email protected] (3) Call office during listed hours for assistance.
