* Families must have a child from pregnancy under the age of 3 * Families must reside in Chicago * Annual household income must be equal to or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Line or be receiving public assistance (WIC, SNAP, Medicaid, TANF) or have a child in foster care or be experiencing homelessness
