Description

Provides HIV, Hepatitis C, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia counseling and mobile testing services during evening and late-night hours in locations where high-risk behavior (drug activity, sexual activity, etc.) is known to occur. Goal of the program is harm reduction in whatever form that might take.
