Residents of Illinois 60 years of age and older; U.S. citizen or permanent resident (green card holder); Income/asset limits apply; Homebound or physically challenged in performing household tasks.

Description

Provides comprehensive, community-based services in Korean and English for aging adults and families of all ethnicities and age groups. These services include home care, nutrition programs, public benefits applications, Medicaid and Medicare counseling, Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) applications, immigration and citizenship assistance, behavioral and mental health counseling, wellness programs and classes, and cognitive health seminars.
