Description

Provides adult clinical and mental health care resources for uninsured and under-insured foreign-born and American-born individuals. Provides Pap Tests, STD Screening, physical examination, nutrition education, pregnancy testing, community clinics, physical therapy, diabetes management, immunizations, flu vaccines, dermatology, counseling, psychiatry, Family Counseling, Individual Counseling, and Adolescent/Youth Counseling.
