Provides comprehensive care and prevention services, including: - HIV testing, counseling, and care - Hepatitis C screening, counseling, and care - Hepatitis A/B and HPV vaccinations - STI testing, counseling, and treatment - LGBTQ+ and gender health services - PrEP and nPEP medication - Support groups - Needle exchange - Safe sex supplies - Referrals for related medical and behavioral health services
