Pilsen Wellness Center's Housing Opportunities for People With AIDS (HOPWA) Program provides a supervised residential setting for homeless persons with an HIV/AIDS diagnosis and a mental health and/or a substance use diagnosis. Program services include:Independent living skills trainingCrisis intervention and medication managementCase management and referrals for counseling services24 hour careThis program is funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health.
