Call MRI for information; Contact Prairieland Service Coordination (PSC) to have a Prioritization of Urgency of Need for Services (PUNS) completed (requests should be made by the client, guardian, or primary caregiver 1 to 5 years prior to graduation; if client has already graduated, requests can be made at any time)

Description
Full-Time community Living Services: Group homes for adults with intellectual disabilities in the Decatur area, for four to eight people, with full-time daily support staff.
Intermittent Community Integrated Living Services: Assists people who live independently in the community, whether with family or in their own homes or apartments.
CILA assists clients with:
- Medical appointments/medication review.
- Money management.
- Social skills/leisure activities.
- Grocery shopping and other nutrition needs.
- Laundry assistance.
- Housekeeping training.
- Personal shopping.
- Transportation.
- Counseling.
- Community Orientation.
- Accessing community services.
- Crisis intervention.
