Eligibility
Open to veterans who are residents of Winnebago County, have an honorable discharge, have exhausted all financial resources, are seeking employment, disability, or are disabled and unable to work, satisfy Income Qualifications as set by laws
Required documents
DD-214 (the VAC can apply for one from NPRS but takes time to receive), LINK card from DHS and an award letter, photo ID, Social Security card, marriage license or divorce decree (if applicable), Death Certificate (if applicable)
