- Age 50 years and older with a disability - Age 60 years and older - Provided 20 or more years of full time (40 hours weekly) paid service through pastoral ministry, lay ministry, or support services or 30 or more years of part time (20 hours weekly) paid service through pastoral ministry, lay ministry, or support services to a church.
