Description

Provides skilled nursing services to persons in their home.

Services provided include

- Home Health Aide: Assists with hygiene care, teaches patients and/or caregivers how to safely bathe and groom the patient, obtains vital signs, looks for abnormalities in skin turgor, and reports any abnormalities.

- Nursing Care: Complicated wound care, IV therapy (including PICC line care and removal), blood testing, staple/suture removal, injections, pre-fill insulin syringes, diabetes education, medication instruction, ostomy and gastrotomy instructions and care, tracheostomy instructions and care, etc.

- Physical therapy.
- Speech therapy.
- Occupational therapy (to re-teach basic living skills).
