For diapers/pull-ups and wipes: - Must be an Illinois or Wisconsin resident with children between the ages of newborn - 4 years old For feminine hygiene products: - Open to all women For incontinence supplies: - Seniors and individuals with disability must be 65 years of age or older - Individuals with special needs must be 4-64 years old with a doctor's note/diagnosis
