Provides one-on-one insurance counseling to seniors. The SHIP counselors can answer questions about Medicare, Medicare supplement insurance, advantage plans, HMOs, PPOs, PFFs, prescription drug coverage, long-term insurance, claims and appeals and beneficiary rights and guarantees.
