Description

Chicago Commons operates a Family Hub program that facilitates the coordination of medical and social services on behalf of parents and their dependents. Services include financial planning, employment and job-readiness skills, digital literacy, and health and wellness workshops.

Chicago Commons is a nonprofit that provides services to individuals and families. Commons has four directly operated early childhood education centers in Back of the Yards, Humboldt Park and Pilsen and an Adult Day Services center in Bronzeville that serves seniors and adults with disabilities. For parents and primary caregivers of active participants, a Family Hub of supportive services and educational opportunities are provided (digital literacy, financial health, job readiness, health and wellness etc.)
