Eligibility

Open to individuals who are age 60 or older and are homebound are eligible, as well as some disabled people under the age of 60 through managed care and the department of rehabilitation services.

Description

A community service which provides the delivery of hot and healthy noontime meals to an individual in the comfort and privacy of their own home. All Meals are heart healthy and diabetic safe. The meals provide one-third of the recommended daily allowance of nutrition. Specialized diets including renal, low lactose, and pureed are also available.
