Open to those who meet the following criteria: - Owns and resides in the home in need of repairs - Home is located within our service area - Up to date on taxes for the property - Current on mortgage payments - Homeowners insurance is in force - Require repairs that fall within the program guidelines - Household gross income below 80% of the McHenry County AMI - Property value limits may apply - Willing to agree to the terms of the funding programs utilized for repairs
