Five core services include:

- Information and Referral.

- Independent Living Skills Training.

- Peer Counseling.

- Advocacy.

- Transition Program.

In addition, the Center offers programs that include Personal Assistance (PA Services), Community Reintegration Program, and Education/Outreach programs.
