Ages 18+ with a diagnosed mental illness; Must have an active medical benefits card from Medicaid; Cannot require 24-hour medical supervision and must give informed consent to participate; Must have the ability to self-medicate, if medications are taken during program hours

Sertoma Star Services participates in the Illinois Medicaid Managed Care system called Health Choice and accepts all Medicaid Managed Care plans. They also accept private pay on a limited basis for special circumstances.
