Description

Cambodian Association of Illinois provides in-home service to clients of senior adults in Chicago. The main objective of this program is to help older adults remain independent and healthy, in their own home, and keep them out of a nursing home, as long as nursing home placement is not necessary.The services is provide through the Community Care Program from Illinois Department on Aging.

The Cambodian Association of Illinois (CAI) is a nonprofit, comprehensive social service organization. CAI provides social services for approximately 5,000 Cambodians in Illinois (3,000 in the Chicago metropolitan area), most of whom are Cambodian refugees or the children of refugees.
