Offers bilingual early childhood education program for parents and children under age five. Meets in-person two times per week. Also includes the following support services: - Developmental screening - Family planning education - Parenting support - Home visits by a trained support worker - Support groups for grandparents raising grandchildren - Referrals to health care providers, community services, and collaborating agencies
