- Children ages 0-3 years with a visual impairment - Children must be enrolled in an early intervention program - Missouri First Steps or Illinois Child and Family Connections

A nonprofit agency whose mission is to help children who are blind or visually impaired reach their full potential through family-centered, specialized services and community support. Services include Vision Screening, Developmental Assessment, Early Intervention for Children With Disabilities/Delays, Occupational Therapy, Orientation and Mobility Training, Physical Therapy, Language Therapy, Speech Therapy, Disability Awareness Programs, Caregiver/Care Receiver Support Groups, Children's Play Groups, Social Clubs/Events, General Counseling Services, Specialized Information and Referral and Workshops/Symposiums.
