Eligibility

Anyone over the age of 18 (average age of 60+ years); Must be able to control their bowel and bladder, can benefit from interacting with others, and shows calm, non-aggressive behavior.

Required documents

Proof of age (driver's license, state ID, passport, or birth certificate) Additional documentation may be required.

Monday - Friday, 7:45 am - 5:00 pm

Application process

(1) Call to schedule an intake appointment, (2) Meet with Executive Director and staff nurse to ascertain benefit from services, (3) Physical examination by a physician and a current TB test is required prior to attendance
